I learned about HOL through a mutual friend that Chris, the owner, and I share.  I reviewed the pictures on the website which had evidence that Chris and his team had completed much more complex projects than what I needed.                                            We got off to a good start as Chris was on-time for our initial visit to discuss the scope of the work.  HOL submitted a proposal and 10 days to 2 weeks later we decided to move forward.            We had some challenges with the railroad ties we initially wanted to use as the supplier ran out of inventory and could not give us the new arrival date.  We worked through this little challenge and chose another supplier and a product that I ended up liking better than the first choice.                                                                                                            Chris and his two workers arrived on time as committed, worked for two full days and the job was completed per the schedule we had agreed on.
