I had a good experience with Holistic Outdoor Living(HOL).                                We have flower beds on two sides of our wrap-around porch and we needed to replace the two-tiered retaining wall system.                   I learned about HOL through a mutual friend that Chris, the owner, and I share.  I reviewed the pictures on the website which had evidence that Chris and his team had completed much more complex projects than what I needed.                                            We got off to a good start as Chris was on-time for our initial visit to discuss the scope of the work.  HOL submitted a proposal and 10 days to 2 weeks later we decided to move forward.            We had some challenges with the railroad ties we initially wanted to use as the supplier ran out of inventory and could not give us the new arrival date.  We worked through this little challenge and chose another supplier and a product that I ended up liking better than the first choice.                                                                                                            Chris and his two workers arrived on time as committed, worked for two full days and the job was completed per the schedule we had agreed on. Chris was great to work with and very communicative which is rare in landscapers. He installed two raised garden beds at our home in Colleyville and filled them with dirt etc. He recommended a better method rather than using standard mulch and we are excited to see how our garden does in the coming months. Chris finished the project very quickly and was very respectful of our property, washing mud off of the driveway as it had rained that day. I cannot recommend Chris with Holistic highly enough! He really delivered on our landscaping project in Justin! Not only was the quality top notch, but the service and communication were phenomenal. His fair pricing and professionalism is above and beyond. We will definitely be using them on our next outdoor project!
